Metered seed dresser

It is used to coat the outer surface of products such as seeds, nuts, etc. Inside the machine there is a dosing chamber, into which the primary product enters for weighing (maximum 50 kg.), after which the products are poured into a rapidly rotating spherical chamber. Products rotate inside the sphere and roll due to friction. At this time, liquid and / or powdered food dressing or food products necessary to coat the outer surface of the product are fed into the chamber. The product is then removed from the etching chamber by means of the discharge valve.
The system is controlled by the CPU automatically. Inside is the dosing pump, fluid tube and fluid tank.
Depending on the needs of the customer, it is possible to add a second delivery tube with a pump and a tank for liquid or bulk products to the system. The TP 50 seed coating machine has alternatives: stainless steel and painted. The machine is designed in such a way that it does not require constant maintenance.
